RAVEN is the electromagnetic battle-management (EMBM) and electronic-order-of-battle (EOB) assessment layer of the Aztech City suite. It operates on detections handed up by sensors and classifiers — deliberately not a collector, a DSP classifier, or a jammer — and occupies the long-open EMBM seam between the hardware/effector lane and the AI-classifier lane. Every emitter it holds is graded on how well it has actually been measured, not just what it looks like. A dual-phosphor oscilloscope identity (amber live trace, cyan max-hold, persistence waterfall) sets it apart from every other Aztech platform on sight.
